Goals and Performance Based Evaluation

    To increase the performance of the employees and therefore the performance of the company by directing the efforts of the management and employees towards a common goal. To determine individual performance targets in line with the company objectives, to evaluate the potential of the employees, to determine the training needs regarding the aspects that require improvement, to enable the employees to be recognized and rewarded for their achievements. A performance evaluation system is applied in order to create an environment of effective communication and trust between managers and employees. In this context, a performance evaluation system based on goals and competencies is applied to our employees.

Working Environment

    Providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employees is our main priority. It is ensured that the employee can start work safely by providing on-the-job training and providing personal protective equipment. With repeated occupational health, safety, environment and first aid trainings, it is aimed to protect the health and safety of our employees and to contribute to their personal development. Workplace health screenings are performed periodically every year.

    We have an infirmary and health unit in our workplace, and we have a workplace doctor, nurse and emergency medical technician. Our certified occupational safety specialist works full time.
