    We manufacture tanks that will store LPG, AMONIA and all similar products in underground tank versions with a capacity of 0.5 to 500 cubic meters. We are able to produce in the capacity and standards specially requested by the customers. We are a company that has the capability, skills and experience to produce tanks according to German, British, American and European standards.

    For underground tanks we offer a hood made of stainless steel and plastic reinforced with a stainless steel cover plate (fire protection), adjustable in height from 550-650 mm. This design allows to elegantly eliminate uneven terrain on which the tank is installed. We are introducing a new stainless steel cover for aboveground tanks.

    On request, we offer 100% radiographic control of resources using the latest digital X-ray technology available in our company. These innovations increase the life and value of the tanks we produce.

    The equipment using tanks are installed with standard valves of REGO / SRG / OMECA manufacturers or valves specially requested by customers.

GENERAL FEATURES

• Dizayn perform analyzes at the standards required by the Engineers using programs accepted in Europe and the world.• Production is produced by taking into account the reports of engineers' calculations.
• In our tanks, special high strength, fine grained, normalized "P" series pressure vessel steel is used in accordance with EN 10028-3. The mechanical and metallurgical properties of steel are tested and verified.
• Elliptical dome is produced according to the standards and then it is mounted on the tank by relieving the stress.
• Welding is done by EN ISO 3834-2 certified welders in accordance with the standards and materials.
• It is carried out by certified NDT personnel who have competence and international competence in the testing and control of all welded connections. These tests are carried out by a third organization.
• Without painting the outer surfaces of the tank, sandblasted with a CNC automatic sandblasting machine in a very short time with SA 2.5 quality.
• Hydrostatic Test, All tanks are subjected to hydrostatic pressure test after manufacturing. During the hydrostatic test, the test is carried out after the purified water and water temperature are determined according to the standards. Connections of tank accessories are tested for air tightness. Hydrostatic test is checked and approved by a third company.
• It offers the best product to its customers by using corrosion-resistant, long-lasting, high-quality two-component paint products of internationally proven paint companies. 

• Cathodic protection

    We offer an effective active cathodic anticorrosive protection system to guarantee the functional safety and prolongation of steel equipment stored in water or soil against  the effects of electrolytic corrosion. sistemi sunuyoruz .

    Especially suitable for steel tanks lined with passive lining insulation and short sections of the tubular circuit.

    The purpose of active cathodic protection is to prevent rust formation in places where passive insulation is broken, resulting from defects in manufacturing or assembly or aging of insulation materials. This possibility can never be ruled out.

o Galvanic anode  (2.0 kg or 4.0 kg net) magnesium alloy, pre-packed in cotton bag filled with filler.  Anode quantity (S1, S2 or S4) depending on the steel construction size.
    o Junction box that connects galvanic anodes with a shielded structure and also allows control measurements to be made.
    o Connection cable (length 6m) connects the shielded construction junction box.
